Broadway will test our model of “Mission Critical” Operators to provide professional services using dedicated networks, commercial operators, MVNOs or hybrids. The project will now validate mission critical standardized functionalities. The solution will leverage commercial broadband networks and satellite connectivity enhancing service characteristics to be compliant with PPDR requirements.
Broadway will improve emergency management, homeland security and borders control, guaranteeing interoperability and cooperation among Public Safety agencies.
Broadway will enable innovative ways to manage homeland security through advanced devices and new services ensuring greater security perception for citizens fostering new market opportunities for European industry.
